The BCCT Annual Lecture and Dinner brings together leading decision-makers and
influencers, as well as business leaders to debate the important questions facing
businesses now. BCCT has invited the Board of Trade of Thailand, Thai Chamber of
Commerce, Federation of Thai Industries and Board of Investment of Thailand to
co-operate on this event.
H.E ABHISIT VEJJAJIVA received his bachelor's degree (first class honours) in
Philosophy, Politics and Economics and Master's degree in Economics, both from
Oxford University in the UK. H.E Abhisit served as Minister to the Prime Minister's
Office from 1997 to 2001. He was Deputy Leader of the Democrat Party from 1999 to
2005 when he became Party Leader and Leader of the Opposition in the House of
Representatives. H.E Abhisit has been serving as the Prime Minister since December
2008.
