Apple CEO Jobs takes $1 for 2010 compensation

(Reuters) - Apple Inc Chief Executive Steve Jobs earned another $1 in salary 2010, the technology company said in a regulatory filing on Friday.
Jobs has received annual compensation from Apple of only $1 since 1997. He owns $5.5 million shares of Apple common stock. Jobs co-founded Apple in 1976.
Shares of the company rose 50 percent on the New York Stock Exchange in 2010. The stock closed at $336.12 on Friday.
