The utilitarian vehicles division Fiat Professional launched Doblo Work Up a pick-up with a generous cargo area, with diesel engines and even Start-Stop system.
The commercial vehicles division Fiat Professional unveiled the first pick-up truck model developed on the Doblo platform, called Fiat Doblo Work Up. Created in Fiat‘s workshops, the pick-up boasts a very generous cargo area: bed liner measures 2.30 meters long, 1.82 meters wide and a cargo area of 4 square meters.
Fiat Doblo Work Up pick-up truck can successfully cope with a load of 1000 kg thanks to its bi-link rear suspension, provided it does not exceed the maximum limits of 1120 kg per front axle and 1450 kg for rear axle.
The bed liner was constructed from high strength steel and aluminum panels with anti-slip floor. Under the floor, the Italians thought a clever storage space, useful for tools and working instruments. According to official announcement, Fiat Doblo Work Up can receive a load of 3 Euro Pallets or 33 boxes of fruits.
For the launch, Fiat Doblo Work Up pick-up truck is available with two diesel units: a 1.3-liter 90 horsepower and a 1.6-liter 105 horsepower. Along the way will be introduced a new 2.0-liter Multijet unit of 135 horsepower, equipped with Start-Stop system and particle filter.
The additional equipment for Fiat Doblo Work Up pick-up will include ABS and EBD (ESP with Hill Assist, optional), front airbags, air conditioning (climate optional) and the autopilot which can be ordered with Blue & Me system or the TomTom navigation system.
