GP2 – Bianchi takes second pole of the season at Silverstone
Silverstone, 8 July – Jules Bianchi’s Silverstone weekend got off to an auspicious start as the Maranello Ferrari Driver Academy youngster took just five laps to secure pole position for Race 1 of the fifth round of the GP2 series. This morning in the wet, he set a time of 1.58.531 and tomorrow, at 14.40 the Frenchman will power his Lotus Art off the line ahead of Alvaro Parente in the Racing Engineering car, second in 1.58.971 and DAMS’ Romain Grosjean, third in 1.59.020.
