OTHER TEAM NEWS // 04.08.2011
Remember our story about Matthew a few weeks ago? Well, the plan is coming along pretty well, despite Matthew managing to break his wrist in July! Since the first letter we received from Matthew, the team has been in contact with him, his dad Rob and Touch Bionics, the British company developing the i-LIMB™ Pulse, on a weekly basis.
Matthew and Rob came along to Silverstone on the Thursday of the British Grand Prix weekend as guests of the team to see what goes on behind-the-scenes, Matthew had a tour of the garage while the cars were being worked on, chatted again with Ross and even met Michael and Nico for a quick chat and a few pictures!
Everything is progressing really well with the project to help Matthew achieve his dream of having the i-LIMB™ Pulse fitted. We should have more good news to report on this very soon… watch this space next week!
