If you are aged under fourteen and are a big Fernando Alonso fan, make sure you take part by sending a Christmas card in the form of a picture featuring the Ferrari race driver. The winner will receive a set of official Fernando Alonso products with a special dedication.
Christmas is just around the corner, and as is now traditional the Fernando Alonso Christmas card drawing competition is up and running. As in previous years, the idea behind the competition is to create a Christmas card which illustrates and is directly or indirectly connected with the world of Formula 1, and in particular the racing driver Fernando Alonso.
The driver will himself choose the winning entry from all the drawings and cards received. All those under fourteen years of age wishing to take part should send their drawing, in colour and of a size equivalent to an A4 sheet, together with the entrant's personal details, to the address Apartado de Correos 1191 - 28108 Alcobendas, Madrid, by midnight on 18 November 2011.
The chosen winner will be posted on this website on 24 November 2011, with the artist receiving a set of official Fernando Alonso products, specially dedicated by the driver.
The organiser reserves all rights to reject any drawings received in accordance with the terms and conditions of this competition if the contents are of a racist or sexist nature, undermine the image of the driver or of third parties, or if they do not comply with these legal terms and conditions.
Legal information
For the purpose of compliance with the terms of Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999, of 13 December 1999, you are hereby informed that your personal data provided by submitting drawings for the competition will be included in both automated and conventional filing systems, the purpose of which will be properly to administer the competition, the recipient of the information being the Internal Organisational Department of the company GESPUAM, S.L..
Bearing in mind that, in accordance with the specifications of these terms and conditions, the entrants must be aged under 14, the drawings must be submitted to GESPUAM, S.L., as the Controller of the Filing System, at the address given above, including the personal details of the entrants, together with the signature of their father, mother, guardian or representative with sufficient powers to act on their behalf, expressly agreeing to the processing of the data.
GESPUAM, S.L. guarantees active enjoyment of rights of access, correction, cancellation and objection regarding the data provided. It likewise undertakes, in making use of the data included in the filing systems, to respect their confidentiality and to employ them in accordance with the described purpose.
Submission of drawings itself constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, and a waiver of the right to bring any action in or out of court against the organiser or against the racing driver as a consequence of this competition.
Involvement in the competition constitutes automatic authorisation and assignment of rights to the organiser for the purpose of using the drawings for non-profit motives. The aforementioned drawings will thus remain in the possession of GESPUAM.
The organiser reserves the right to replace or modify the contents of these terms and conditions, and in particular to extend the submissions deadline for drawings, and to modify the decision and corresponding publication dates.
