Marine Reserves for Taiwan - Greenpeace
Most of Taiwan's coastal ecosystems suffer from the impacts of overfishing. Out on the Pacific, the country has the largest tuna fishing fleet in the world. The establishment of marine reserves - no take areas - will boost threatened tuna stocks in the Pacific and restore impoverished ecosystems in Taiwan.
