Sharp: aims to sell 15 million flat-screen TVs in FY 2011/2012

(Reuters) - Sharp Corp said on Friday it aimed to sell 15 million flat screen televisions in the year to March 2012, up from 14.8 million units it sold in the previous year.
Television sales in the Japanese market were boosted last year by a government subsidy and by a switch to digital terrestrial broadcasting set for next month.
