Auden McKenzie, a pharmaceutical group which owns and operates different three companies, has signed a partnership with Lotus Renault GP until the end of the 2011 Formula 1 season. The Auden McKenzie brand name will feature prominently on the keel of both R31 car liveries from this weekend in Monza, in addition to both Lotus Renault GP physios’ shirts.

The Auden McKenzie Group was founded by Amit Patel at the age of 24 after indentifying various gaps in the UK market for the supply in specialised injectable products.

In 2001, with a starting capital of £150,000, the company was launched with a small pharmaceutical manufacturing unit employing 3 people and marketing only one injectable product.

Today the group consists of three companies, employing over 70 people through which the Pharmaceutical Division holds over 60 Product Licences in the UK, 8 Licenses in European countries and has recently been granted its first authorisation in the United States.
