Abu Dhabi GP - Nothing new under Arabian skies
Abu Dhabi, 12 November – Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa took their Ferraris to fifth and seventh places respectively in the final free practice session for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the futuristic Yas Marina circuit. The Spaniard completed 16 laps in his 150º Italia with a best time of 1.39.661, while the Brazilian did three more, with a best of 1.40.183. Lewis Hamilton was fastest in the McLaren in 1.38.976 and next up were the two Red Bulls of Sebastian Vettel (1.39.403) and Mark Webber (1.39.427.)
The two Ferrari men used both the Pirelli Medium and Soft tyres, ending the session with some practice starts, the session producing valuable information for the team in terms of where they stand, prior to qualifying which starts at 5pm.

Abu Dhabi, 12 novembre – Hanno rispettivamente concluso in quinta e settima posizione le Ferrari di Fernando Alonso e Felipe Massa nell’ultima sessione di prove libere del Gran Premio di Abu Dhabi, in scena presso l’avveniristico circuito di Yas Marina. Sedici tornate all’attivo per la 150° Italia del pilota spagnolo, in 1.39.661, tre giri in più per il compagno di squadra Massa, settimo in 1.40.183. Il più veloce del turno si è confermato Lewis Hamilton (1.38.976), mentre alle spalle della McLaren del pilota inglese sono giunte le due Red Bull di Sebastian Vettel (1.39.403) e Mark Webber (1.39.427).
Entrambi i ferraristi hanno testato i due tipi di mescola messi a disposizione dalla Pirelli – Medium e Soft - e completato la sessione con alcune prove di partenza. Per la Scuderia Ferrari nuove informazioni utili alla comprensione dei valori in campo, in vista del decisivo turno di qualifiche in programma alle 17.
