We have our friends at Mercedes GP to thank for some interesting statistics put out ahead of this weekend’s final race. According to them, Sébastien Buemi has been the top overtaker of 2011, making a total of 112 overtaking moves.
That’s just one more than Mercedes’ own Michael Schumacher, with Kamui Kobayashi third on 95 and our Spanish driver Jaime Alguersuari fourth on 90. Our Séb is in the silver medal position when it comes to places made up at the start, with 29, behind Schumacher on 34.
