The winner of the “Hottest Car” Award at SEMA Show 2010 was Chevrolet Camaro. The Chevrolet Camaro totally deserved its prize, as there were lots of Chevrolet models chosen by the exhibitors to be modified and presented at the most important automobile industry show of the year.

Here are some of the greatest 2011 Chevrolet Camaro transformations exhibited at SEMA 2010:

The Neiman Marcus 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible was one of the most spectacular Chevrolet vehicles in SEMA Show. This matter was confirmed by the fact that one hundred Neiman Marcus 2011 Chevrolet Camaro models were sold immediately, in spite of their price tag of75,000 $. The Chevrolet Convertible won its buyers with its amazing body covered in Deep Bordeaux paint, its red-trimmed wheels and a luxurious interior. The drivetrain components of the muscle car were borrowed from Camaro SS, which means that the Neiman Marcus 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible is capable of developing no less than 426 horsepower.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro SSX Track Car Concept represents a street SS model transformed in a closed-course track car. On the SSX Track Car Concept were used components from Pratt and Miller and Riley Technologies. The exterior of 2011 Chevrolet Camaro SSX Track Car Concept is equipped with lightweight carbon fiber aero parts, a new lower grille and exclusive brake cooling ducts. To reduce even more the weight of the SSX Track Car Concept, its manufacturers chose to give up the rear seats, carpeting and the vehicle’s sound deadening components. The entire body of the car is covered in an Icy White Metallic paint, embellished by the door graphics and red accents.

The interior of the Chevrolet Camaro SSX Track Car Concept features Ace suede-covered racing shifter and steering wheel, racing driver’s seat with five-point harness, SCCA-approved roll cage and window net, racing pedals, fuel cell, a video camera system and a fire suppression system.

The Chevrolet Camaro SSX Track Car Concept is equipped with a LS3 6.2L V-8 engine, a six-speed manual transmission, a modified production suspension with Pfadt licensed parts, four-wheel disc racing brake system and 20-inch racing wheels.

Presenting these stunning characteristics, Chevrolet Camaro SSX Track Car Concept is undoubtedly a wonderful ambassador of Chevrolet Camaro in the racing cars world.” The SSX concept explores taking Camaro’s excellent street performance and extending it into a road course context. The car expresses Camaro performance while also signaling Chevrolet’s new commitment to developing and offering a portofolio of performance parts for racing enthusiasts”, said Chris Perry, vice president Chevrolet marketing.

The Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series 2011 model, also present at SEMA Show 2010, is a special edition version which will be available for customers in the first half of 2011.

The innovative elements which identify the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy in the Camaro crowd are represented by a mixture of new exterior and interior accessories, like the unique grey interior finished by the red accent stitching. Even though the Camaro Synergy 2011 vehicle is based on the 2009 Camaro Cromo, its features are unique and cannot be found on any other production car.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro Synergy Series will be available for buyers in four colours: Victory Red, Black, Summit White and Cyber Gray.

2011 Chevrolet Camaro by CGS Motors was a spectacular presence at SEMA Show 2010. The CGS Motor team chose for their Chevrolet camaro model a body kit developed by ACS, a unique custom paint and a ZR1 influence hood. The exterior of the muscle car is finished by 22 inch wheels, Pirelli tires and a CGS’s Cat-Back Exhaust System.

What’s more, the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro by CGS is activated by Whipple Ind’s Camaro supercharger releasing approximately 500 horsepower.
