Ring Brothers, the Wisconsin-based company, brought to SEMA Show 2010 its latest achievement, the 1970 Ford Mustang named “Dragon”, a muscle car that demonstrates the passion for details of its creators.

The fearless Dragon is equipped with a Roush 427 IR V8 crate engine, 5-speed Tremec transmission, a Flowmaster exhaust and Forgeline wheels. In addition, the JME suspension system and Baer brakes placed in all four corners of the vehicle guarantee the fact that the Ring Brothers 1970 Mustang can bring a lot of driving satisfaction to its passengers.

The art of the esthetic transformation lays in the details. The logos and emblems that adorn the 1970 Mustang are custom made, the materials used for their fabrication being aluminum or carbon fiber. The Ring Brothers modified the angles and the corners of the doors by re-cutting them. Moreover, they changed the position of the rear doors, augmenting the bottom door gap with an inch and a half. The front and rear sides of the car are entirely built of carbon fiber.

The interior of the Ring Brothers 1970 Mustang was arranged by Upholstery Unlimited. However, here we can find a lot of interesting details that make the 1970 Ford Mustang Dragonunique. For example, the seat belts are being “trapped” by a one-of-a-kind billet springing from the rear seats. In addition, for a comfortable trip, the 1970 Mustang is equipped with air conditioning and a navigation system. The only deficiency of the Dragon would be its limited trunk space.

What the Ring Brothers have managed to do with the 1970 Mustang can be considered magic, as initially they did not have any projections about what to do with it. “The car came out of California. I bought it because I thought it was a good deal”, said Jim Ring. The 1970 Ford Mustang had waited for a long time in the garage, until the Ring Brothers found a customer for it and they started to modify it.

Nevertheless, their efforts have been rewarded, as the custom made Ring Brothers 1970 Ford Mustang Dragon has been the headliner of SEMA Show 2010.
