FDA – Stroll ninth in WSK Euro Series
Maranello, 1 August – The “school year” has just ended for the Ferrari Driver Academy’s young student Lance Stroll, who finished this year’s WSK Euro Series with 44 points to take ninth place in the KF3 class championship.
It’s a satisfying result, given that Stroll is only twelve years old and already has an impressive track record in various Canadian karting championships. On his debut in Europe, the Team Chiesa Corse driver showed that he is constantly improving, confirming his potential in a very closely contested series, where he has been up against some well prepared and competitive drivers. The Canadian’s racing activities will resume after a long summer break, when he tackles the category’s world championships at Sarno on 18 September.
