New version of The Daily on the App Store! Here’s what you need to know.

Version 1.0.2 contains the two things readers have asked for most: improved stability and speed enhancements.

Before you install, you should delete the current version of the app that you have on your iPad. To do that, tap and hold The Daily button on your iPad home screen until an ‘x’ appears and all of the app icons start to wiggle. Tap the ‘x’ to delete your current version.

Then download The Daily from the app store. Here’s a link directly there. This extra step only takes a few taps, but we understand that it is an extra step. In future releases this shouldn’t be necessary, but to get the most out of the new version we hope you’ll start with a fresh install of the best version of The Daily yet.
