Geneva 2011 Live: Pagani Huayra – like the wind

The new Pagani Huayra debuted at the Geneva Motor Show 2011. The supercar has 700 hp and 1,000 Nm and has a mass of only 1350 kg.


agani presented new Huayra at Geneva Motor Show. Pagani Huayra has a V12 twin-turbo engine, supplied by those from AMG, which offers 700 hp and 1,000 Nm. For best performance, 6.0-liter engine is mated to a sequential transmission with six reports. The AMG engine offers outstanding performance, especially if we take into account the fact that Pagani Huayra weighs only 1350 kg, distributed in a ratio of 44/56 front/rear. According to officials Huayra is the lightest supercar as its size in the world.






Pagani Huayra is the successor to the famous Pagani Zonda and was made after seven years of meticulous development. The Huayra name is inspired by the wind, and the name has a meaning close to the wind in Spanish (Horacio Pagani is Argentinian).
