Two of our English youngsters are the subjects of two brand new programmes airing on the club's dedicated channel today, as we chart Andy Carroll's rise from Geordie schoolboy to Kop idol and then spend sixty minutes in the company of in-form midfielder Jay Spearing.
As Liverpool prepare to welcome Andy Carroll's former club to Anfield this weekend, we've been out and about speaking to those who know our new striker best,
Featuring contributions from the man himself, 'The Andy Carroll story' includes interviews with Glenn Roeder - the man who gave him his debut at Newcastle, Lee Clarke - his reserve team boss at St James' Park and Terry McDermott, the former assistant boss of Carroll's boyhood club.
The first airing of 'The Andy Carroll Story' will broadcast at 4.30pm this afternoon, but if you miss it then tune in on Saturday at 2pm and 10pm when the show will be repeated.
Then at 8pm we welcome Jay Spearing to our LFC TV studios where our in-form midfielder spends an hour answering your questions.
Reflecting on his rise through the ranks at Anfield, his progress this season and his life away from football, Jay opens up in his most in-depth interview yet - and it's exclusive to LFC TV.
