Ferrari World Abu Dhabi to Boost Entertainment Offering at ATM

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (1 May 2011): Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is set to further excite the regional and international travel trade industry with its unique offering at this year’s Arabian Travel Market (ATM).

According to Fabien Laurent, Sales Director of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, ATM offers a great platform for Ferrari World Abu Dhabi to reach out to travel trade professionals looking to take their portfolio of UAE attractions to a new level.

“Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is the exciting new kid on the block, having only opened six months ago. ATM provides an opportunity for international travel trade representatives to understand why partnering with the world’s largest indoor theme park boosts their UAE itineraries, in both leisure and MICE. The world has not seen anything like Ferrari World Abu Dhabi before and in the tourism business, that’s a major draw card,” said Laurent.

The theme park is offering all ATM travel trade delegates who visit its stand a chance to test-drive its distinctive offering with a complimentary entry pass.

“Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is globally a one-of-a-kind experience. We want agents to get behind the wheel on the racing simulators, test their nerves on the world’s fastest rollercoaster and scout out the meeting space while they are in town so they get a taste of what sets us apart. With 20 Ferrari-inspired rides and attractions, all of which incorporate Ferrari design and technology, Ferrari World is the largest indoor and only Ferrari theme park in the world. The park has been designed to be an interactive and immersive destination for all ages, with a number of multisensory attractions such as Driving with the Champion and Scuderia Challenge. Quiz-based attractions such as the Pit Wall, a look back at Enzo Ferrari’s early road racing days at Cinema Maranello and live choreographed performances at La Gara, featuring stunt skaters and gymnasts, also make Ferrari World Abu Dhabi perfect for group excursions or team-building outings, with several cafés and restaurants providing authentic Italian delicacies to fuel all-day leisure or incentive trips.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi will exhibit at the Abu Dhabi Stand in Hall Two, during the four-day event which takes place from May 2-5 at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
