GP2 – Third row for Bianchi at the Hungaroring

Hungaroring, 29 July – At the end of a particularly closely contested qualifying session at the Hungaroring, Jules Bianchi set the sixth fastest time for the seventh round of the GP2 series running alongside this weekend’s Formula 1 World Championship event. The Lotus Art driver and Ferrari Driver Academy youngster lapped in a time of 1.30.752. Starting from pole will be Luiz Razia who went round in 1.30.411 at the wheel of his Caterham Team Air Asia. Behind the Brazilian, second place went to Luca Filippi in the Scuderia Coloni (1.30.551) with Markus Ericsson third in 1.30.557 for Sport International. The first race gets underway at 15.40 tomorrow, with the second sprint race taking place at 10.30 on Sunday.
