LMS – Ferrari at Estoril for the sprint final
Maranello, 23 September – Two weeks on from the Silverstone win which handed, Ferrari the constructors’ crown, AF Corse the team title and the crew of Fisichella-Bruni the drivers’ in the GTE PRO category, it’s time for the fifth and final round of the LMS series at Estoril in Portugal. Eight Ferraris, 458s and F430s line up in the LM GTE PRO and LM GT AM categories, to tackle the six hour race that starts on Sunday at 13.00. It should be a close fight in the GTE AM class, where currently in second place is the AF Corse Ferrari 430 GTC, crewed by Piergiuseppe Perazzini, Marco Cioci and Stephane Lemeret. The Imsa Performance Porsche is on 58 points, ten more than the Ferrari.
