Italian fans gather for latest FOTA Forum
Tyres, tickets and technology on the agenda as fans gather at Pirelli HQ
Italian F1 fans got to ask the questions at the latest Formula One Teams Association (FOTA) Fans’ Forum, held at Pirelli’s Milan HQ on Wednesday.
For an hour and a half fans got to quiz major figures in the sport, including Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali, drivers Nico Rosberg (Mercedes GP) and Jarno Trulli (Team Lotus), Pirelli’s Motorsport Director Paul Hembery, Sauber’s head of track engineering Giampaolo Dall’Ara and Toro Rosso’s head of aerodynamics Nicolo Petrucci.
In a wide-ranging discussion topics included ticket pricing, tyre developments for next season, including a new rain compound and the prospect of tyres being a different colour, how drivers prepare for race day and some predictions for the weekend.
