Racing teams, organizers and sponsors are in a whirl with just 9 days to go before the first ever Grand Prix in India. Sponsors are offering support and Base Corporation, a battery manufacturer has also announced their alliance to F1 Hispania Racing team for all technical maintenance. The company that manufactures batteries will be the official battery suppliers to all Hispania Racing Team cars and their logo will also be seen on the racing vehicles.
Base Corporation would be technical sponsors to HRT for the next 5 to 10 years and have also shown their willingness to offer battery support to other Formula 1 teams. With a budget of $300 million, the company based in Solan at Himachal Pradesh and leaders in inverter batteries are also planning on setting up an academy to train motorsports drivers at a new unit coming up in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
Technical collaboration with Hispania Racing Team would be something the company is proud to be associated with in their first step to officially partner a Grand Prix team.
