Alonso gets first taste of the F150
Just hours after Ferrari unveiled their F150, Fernando Alonso put the car through its paces at the Fiorano track.
Although testing is banned until the pre-season action begins in February, teams are allowed to run their cars for promotional activities.
This rule meant Alonso was able to take part in a promotional film shoot at Ferrari's private test track in Italy on Friday afternoon.
Ferrari have not revealed any details about the run or whether the car encountered any problems on its maiden voyage.
Alonso will be back in action in the F150 next Tuesday when pre-season testing kicks off in Valencia.
