Red Bulletin Subscriber Competition Terms & Conditions
(“the Competition”)
1. The Competition is run by Red Bull Company Limited whose registered address is 155 - 171 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2JP ("Red Bull").
2. The Competition, and all use of Red Bull’s website, http://www.redbullracing.com/ (the “Website”), is governed by these Terms & Conditions. By entering the Competition, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Competition is open to anyone who subscribes to the Red Bulletin at the discounted price of £19.99 during from 09:00 hours on 5 July 2011 until 16:30 hours on 6 July 2011 (“the Competition Period”) and who is 16 years of age or over (excluding employees and agents of Red Bull and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Competition), (“the Subscribers”). Entry is open to UK residents only.
4. All Subscribers will be entered into a prize draw offering the chance to win a pair of tickets to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone which takes place from Friday 8 July 2011 until Sunday 10 July 2011 (“the Event”). The prize includes: (i) a tour of the Red Bull Racing garage in the F1 Paddock on Saturday 9 July 2011; (ii) dinner in the Energy Station on Saturday 9 July 2011; and (iii) a meet and greet with a member of the Red Bull Racing team.
5. The winner shall be responsible for all travel, accommodation and other costs relating to attendance of the Event.
6. The winner of the Competition shall be drawn at random. The prize draw will take place on 6 July 2011 at 16:30 hours.
7. All Subscribers during the Competition Period will receive a Red Bull Racing hat free of charge.
8. The Competition will be run and tickets to the Event will be awarded at Red Bull’s sole discretion. Red Bull’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Red Bull undertakes to meet its obligations to you under the Data Protection Act 1998, and to keep any personal information confidential unless otherwise required by law, by any governmental or other regulatory authority or by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction.
10. Competition winners will be contacted by email by 23:59 hours on the 6 July 2011. You must provide accurate contact details on registration.
11. Any prizes that are mistakenly credited to you remain Red Bull’s property, which you must return.
12. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website and to refuse entry into the Competition.
13. We reserve the right to change the Competition Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will notify you of the fact that there are changed terms and your continued entry into the Competition will constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
14. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Red Bull and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising from:
a. any postponement or cancellation of the Competition or the British Grand Prix;
b. any changes to, supply of (including, without limitation, prizes which do not reach the intended recipient) or use of the tickets to the Event or attendance at the British Grand Prix; and
c. any act or default of any supplier, which is beyond Red Bull’s reasonable control.
15. Red Bull does not accept responsibility for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind.
16. Red Bull shall not be liable, whether in tort, contract, misrepresentation or otherwise for loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of goods, loss of use, loss or corruption of data or information, or any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses.
17. You agree to indemnify Red Bull against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of your agreement with Red Bull.
18. All intellectual property rights in the images and materials on the Website and used in the services provided by Red Bull vest in Red Bull and no person may make any use of them without Red Bull’s express permission.
