FDA – Maisano fastest in qualifying at Adria, followed by Marciello
Maranello, 3 September – France’s Brandon Maisano (BVM-Target) was fastest in qualifying at the Adria circuit, for the fifth round of the Italian Formula 3 Championship. Having already been immediately on the pace in free practice, Maisano went on to record his first pole of the season, in a time of 1.11.763. His time was just 148 thousandths of a second quicker than his fellow Ferrari Driver Academy student, Raffaele Marciello (Prema Powerteam) while Rome’s Eddie Cheever (Lucidi Motors) was third two tenths down.
There are two races tomorrow with Race 1 starting at 10.10 and Race 2 at 15.10.
