You think it’s all over. It isn’t now!
Hard as it is to imagine right now - as we bask in temperatures of 25 degrees in sunny São Paulo - after this Sunday’s season finale at Interlagos, it’s actually winter!
Over the past nine months, we’ve raced in 18 Grands Prix in 17 countries on five different continents. But what now?!
Well far from hunkering down for the winter, we’re throwing open the doors to Marussia Virgin Racing and our important 2012 season preparations, which have already begun in earnest at the new Marussia Technical Centre in Banbury, UK.
Over the next three months there’s a new car to be built, a new livery to apply, and plenty of ‘lights, camera, action’ for the team and car before we begin three weeks of testing throughout February.
The life and times of our next few months is a real ‘winter wonderland’ for die-hard F1 enthusiasts, so we’ll be #hashtagging with the latest updates at every turn.
Not only that, but you could also ‘be part of it’. If you keep it @MarussiaVirgin for the Brazilian editions of #riseNshine,you could win the chance to work with the team on one of our biggest winter occasions.
