“Our promotions are always eagerly awaited by the public. During our ‘Mind Blowing Fare’ and ‘Free Seats’ campaigns in 2010, we received overwhelming response within 24 hours of activation. Hence, based on the numerous feedbacks that we garnered from our guests wanting more of such promotions, we are confident to receive the same overwhelming response this time around, if not more!” adds Kathleen.

As active advocates of social media, AirAsia is also launching a ‘Bargain Hunters 101’ — a self-help and how to book check list — to assist guests on how to acquire their flights effectively. Common issues are identified and will be explained in the simple guide which includes solutions and useful tips. The ‘Bargain Hunters 101’ would be available on AirAsia’s Facebook page (facebook.com/AirAsia). Guests just need to ‘Like’ AirAsia’s Facebook page to enjoy the feature.
