Renault stand at the Geneva Motor Show 2011 has enjoyed both by the presence of two brand new concepts: Renault Captur and Renault R-Space and Sebastian Vettel‘s visit, reigning world champion in Formula 1.
One of the most popular stands of the Geneva Motor Show was that of the French from Renault. The reason: although they didn’t brought new models in front of the journalists to attract attention, Renault has exposed the three concepts of lines that will inspire future model series of the mark.
We speak, of course, Renault DeZir, Renault Captur and Renault R-Space the last two presented in world premiere in Geneva. The first series models that will take over the lines of the three concepts, with the key turned to complete and a huge logo that spins around the whole front end will be Twingo Facelift and the new generation of Clio, both of which will be presented later this year most likely at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.
Renault Captur‘s aggressive lines madethe international press to advance with the information that will be produced in series and will take the form of a small crossover segment, but Renault officials have not commented on this topic.
The moment of maximum interest of the day to the Renault stand occurred when the youngest champion in F1 history, Sebastien Vettel, made a visit to see new concepts of the French trade. Visit – a protocol – held under the collaboration that Formula 1 Red Bull Racing has it with Renault, the French being the engine suppliers for the Vettel and Webber‘s race cars in the Grand Circus.
