The team started its preparations for the German Grand Prix today at the Nürburgring during the first practice session. In chilly but dry conditions, Nico completed 33 laps with a fastest time of 1.33.787, while Michael did 31 laps and finished the session with a fastest time of 1.33.863.
The team ran through a normal Friday programme today and also had the opportunity to try an experimental PZero Yellow compound provided by Pirelli to all of the teams.
